• It is desirable that you tell us the approximate size of ordering furniture and the features of a room, where it will be placed.

Order and design

• You will be able to find out our capabilities and to see the examples of our production in the office.
• Taking into account the peculiarities of your interior our consultants will help you to choose the materials and to think the color, design and the construction of the furniture over. As a result a scheme of the project will be developed and added with the order delivering conditions explanation.
• At this step you will be able to take a break and to think. After you have weighed the pros and cons, contact us in order to set your seal on furniture produce and to call a specialist who will make the measures in your apartment.
• However you can create the scheme of the project by yourself due to our virtual constructors of sliding door wardrobe and kitchen. So, you think your design over, enter the room and product sizes, and choose all necessary materials. The constructor counts approximate project cost and sends it to us.

Contract conclusion

After all measurements have been done, we will meet in our office in order to specify certain points in the project, make some changes and to conclude the contract.

Production

Standard time of furniture manufacturing in our company ranges from 7 to 10 working days. If the order requires the assembly of furniture, the term can increase by 2—3 days.

Delivery and assembly

If furniture is delivered and assembled within Chisinau limits, the cost of these services is included in the order price. Unfortunately, we don’t provide these services for our clients that live beyond the capital bounds. However even in this case you won’t lose; in order to make amends for this inconvenience we will give a discount for you.

Warranty

We provide a 24 months warranty for all our furniture from the date of delivery. If some troubles appear with the product during this period, we will provide full service support. In addition, the company also renders post-warranty services.
